Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3 is the sixth installment of the Rainbow Six Franchise, developed and published by Ubisoft. It is a console-spin off of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield, featuring the same game engine, models, textures, and artwork but has a significantly different plot, game mechanics, and gameplay.

It was released in 2003 and 2004 for Xbox and was later ported to the Playstation 2 and Nintendo Game Cube. Its popularity led to the subsequent release of a sequel, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3: Black Arrow which was released in 2004.
