F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin is a 2009 game developed by Monolith Productions and published by WB Games. It is the sequel to the 2005 horror-action game F.E.A.R. The story begins just before the first game ends, as Point Man destroys the Origin Facility. The player takes the role of Michael Becket, sent with his Delta Force team to take Armacham president Genevieve Aristide into protective custody. Upon reaching her building, strange things begin to happen: Becket experiences eerie visions of a little girl in a red dress appearing from nowhere, and the world seems to distort. Before he can investigate, the Origin Facility explodes and the shockwave knocks him unconscious.
